Brief

Master’s thesis completed over the course of a year at SCAD. This study first explored the processes associated with the dredging of the Savannah River, including containment practices, related infrastructure and environmental impact. The design aspect of the project looked at using dredge material as a basis for master planning the river, with new spaces for wetland creation, park space, salt fields, pathway connections, land raising, and dredge brick housing.
